XmasDVD.com was created back in July 2007, as a place for me to share
nostalgia about my favorite holiday, Christmas. Initially I wanted to help people remember the old Christmas
advertisements I grew up watching and loving. It was great to see an ad for
GI Joe or Star Wars and flip through Christmas catalogs from Sears and
JCPenney so I could mark the pages for Santa Claus so he’d know exactly what
to get me. The commercials I linked to on this website helped me to remember the
good times as a kid when there were no cares or worries in the world. We all
need that escape and this seemed like a great way to help others escape too. I expanded from just commercials and listed TV Shows and Cartoons that
I could find links for as well. Soon I was receiving links in email by the
hundreds, but many were duplicates so I had to narrow down what I posted, and
not just post everything. Just last year I added links for Christmas music and Christmas light
decorations. I’m constantly adding new links when I can find them and trying to
clean up dead and broken links by either replacing them or removing them if
there’s no replacement. I hope you enjoy all the clips you come across here – It’s all for
